How it works

Why our prices look like a mistake

    We buy one truckload

    Big-box retailers clear customer returns and overstock appliances by the load. We buy a single 50-unit load at a time — that's the whole business right now.

  2. 02

    We do a basic cooling check

    Every appliance comes graded Like New — scratch & dent (or Brand New on some units). We plug in fridges and freezers to confirm they cool — we don't test water lines, ice makers or other features, and we don't test dishwashers or ranges at all. That's part of why the price is what it is, and why every unit carries the 1-year CPS warranty.

    You pay far less

    No middleman markup. The retailer's price and ours sit side by side on the ticket and on every listing.

Bulk savings on 2 or more units

Listed prices are already 20–35% off retail. Take more than one appliance in the same pickup and I cut an extra bit off the whole order — handy if you are furnishing a rental, a flip or a whole kitchen.

    Fridges and freezers get a basic cooling check before they hit the floor, and every appliance comes with a 1-year warranty through our partner CPS (Consumer Priority Service).

    Every unit in our inventory is manifest-graded Like New — scratch & dent, with a few Brand New. We show you the manifest line, the item number and any blemish before you pay.

  • Local delivery & haul-away

    Flat-rate delivery within 30 miles, next-day on most days, and we take the old unit with us.

  • Layaway and financing

    Hold a piece with a deposit, or spread payments through our in-store financing partner.

Who runs this

A college student, one truckload at a time

Springcreek is run by a college student in Bellingham — no sales floor staff, no call center. I buy one liquidation load, check the fridges and freezers for cooling myself, and price everything off the retailer's own ticket. That means straight answers, a small floor, and no pressure to buy something that doesn't fit your kitchen.

1-year warranty through CPS

Every appliance we sell is covered for a full year by our warranty partner CPS (Consumer Priority Service). If something fails in normal use, you file with CPS and it's handled — no arguing with a liquidation seller. Coverage details come with your receipt.
